Kaley Cuoco & Johnny Galecki Playing Relationship Denial Game Like Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani?

Are Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki really back together?

Are the "Big Bang Theory" stars just taking a leaf out of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani's book and now playing a major relationship denial game?

After Kaley Cuoco's split with Ryan Sweeting, rumors about her re-vamped relationship with Johnny Galecki have spread like wildfire. And although the "Big Bang Theory" co-stars have insisted they are just friends, some reports claim they are simply dodging public scrutiny the way Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani did before admitting they are indeed in a relationship.

It is undeniable that Kaley Cuoco's current situation is quite similar to "The Voice" coach, Gwen Stefani's.

Earlier this year, Gwen Stefani divorced former lead singer of Bush, Gavin Rossdale while Blake Shelton divorced country singer, Miranda Lambert.

While on the set of "The Voice," the two judges had reportedly helped eachother through their painful break-ups, which may have been why they fell in love with each other shortly after.

This holds true for Kaley Cuoco whom after divorcing tennis star, Ryan Sweeting, have been leaning on Johnny Galecki for emotional support. Could it be possible the "Big Bang Theory" stars may later on develop or re-ignite their love for eachother?

"I still think Johnny is the love of her life. They have a really special bond that comes from working together for more than a decade," an insider previously said.

"(Kaley) never stopped having feelings for (Johnny) Galecki," another insider reported for MSN.com. "She's returned to the only man she totally trusts."

Whether or not Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki are really back together and whether or not they are only waiting for the right time to crack the news to all "Big Bang Theory" fans who are rooting for a Leonard-Penny relationship in real-life, only time can tell.
