Manny Pacquiao's Next Fight: Timothy Bradley Emerging As Another Choice For Freddie Roach

| By

A lot of boxers has been dragged into the question of who will be on the other side of Manny Pacquiao's next fight.

There are names who Manny haven't faced and there others who got onto the ring with the Filipino at least once.

The latest name to pop up in the media for Manny Pacquiao's next fight is Timothy Bradley who ended his seven-year undefeated streak in 2007 but with an asterisk. They fought again in 2014 and Pacman got his revenge via a unanimous decision.

Bradley is not among the frontrunners to fight Pacquiao who is gearing up for his last hurrah. However, because of the way his trainer talks to media, they got the attention of Pacman's trainer and Boxing Hall of Fame member Freddie Roach.

"This guy waits for the camera to get on him ... some of the fans really enjoy that [stuff]," Roach said as per report by Los Angeles Times. "He thinks his fighter can beat my fighter because of him. I'd like to show him he can't."

Although Bradley's trainer gets into his skin, Roach insists the current WBO welterweight champion is not the priority. Instead, they are still looking at Floyd Mayweather Jr. who beat his boy last May 2. Floyd Jr. fought Andre Berto four months after and eventually retired from the sport.

"Manny needs to fight, win, come out healthy and show the world his shoulder is 100%," Roach said. "If he does, I think we can get Mayweather.

"I don't see Floyd -- and Manny -- leaving all that money on the table. If Manny looks good, even if it's $100 million for Mayweather instead of $300 million, that's a lot of money. The way Mayweather spends money, and the way Manny is so generous with his, I would hate for either to go broke. This is a way for them to not go broke."

Who should be other boxer in Manny Pacquiao's next fight? Will Floyd Jr. un-retire and accept the deal?
