Nikki Reed jealous? Not this time.
The former "Twilight" star had long been rumored to turn into the green-eyed monster whenever her husband, Ian Somerhalder mentions ex-girlfriend, Nina Dobrev.
However, reports now claim that the tables have turned for the "Vampire Diaries" star and the "Sleepy Hollow" actress.
According to gossip website Celeb Dirty Laundry, a jealous Ian Somerhalder is allegedly forbidding Nikki Reed from doing sexy scenes in her TV series, "Sleepy Hollow."
"Showing off is great for television, but not so great for relationships," the website reported. "Ian, who is supportive of Nikki Reed, isn't happy with Nikki or the showrunners for constantly making Nikki a giant piece of eye candy,"
The website also claimed that Ian Somerhalder wants Nikki Reed to take on motherly roles in preparation for being a future mom in real life.
"Somerhalder complains under the premise of trying to prevent his wife's career from relying on her body, but the fact that Ian wants Nikki to adopt a more motherly lifestyle is obvious," the website alleged.
Meanwhile, although reports saying Nikki Reed is still jealous of Nina Dobrev haven't died down, Ian Somerhalder seems determined the squash doubts surrounding his marriage by gushing about his wife.
In a recent interview with WGNO, Ian Somerhalder, who plays a sexy vampire named Damon Salvatore in "The Vampire Diaries," couldn't help but express how happy he is of his married life with Nikki Reed.
"The most incredible. It's unbelievable," Somerhalder said of his marriage with Reed. "Having an incredible partner to go through this life with is what it's about. I'm so grateful,"
He also took the time to correct the age-old saying "behind every great man is a good woman."
"Sir, you might want to sort of retool that thinking," Somerhalder told a certain man he met during a recent United Nations gathering, Design Trend reported.
"I said from my perspective, I said, 'Next to every great man is an even better woman.' And I stand by that, and I'm so thankful to have that in my life," the "Vampire Diaries" actor added.
No word yet from Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed on the jealousy rumors.
