Teen mom star on Tuesday took to social media posting a photo of her wearing a "Nine Months" shirt and revealing about her plans of adopting for a second baby.
She posted this message about adoption on Instagram on Nov. 10: "Let's embrace the power and beauty that family brings with adoption. There are over 145 million orphans in the world. I grew up with all my neighbors being adopted and in foster care and I've seen it mean the world to them to have loving and caring homes 'a family.'"
She went on, saying, "I hope soon Sophia and I can make a world of difference by bringing home a baby brother or sister for Sophia. I always have been passionate about adoption as it means so much to me, my family, my community, my church and my heart thank you to all the parents who have adopted and to all the amazing children with their loving families. God Bless."
The Inquisitr, in its report, commented that Farrah Abraham's post comes as a surprise and said that many fans felt that Abraham's hectic schedule isn't suitable for rearing a child, what more for a second child.
"[Farrah Abraham's] never around for her kid so how's she gonna add a second?" one Instagram use commented.
But Abraham's frustration of rearing children comes from her troubled childhood with her already divorced parents, which she opened up about in a recent interview on the podcast "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered"(via US Magazine).
"That's some of the therapy that we share and we go through. I think there's different parenting styles," Abraham shared, saying she was physically abused as a child.
"My family and I have such a different dynamic now. We've talked through a lot of our abuse. Not everyone's a perfect parent, but we do learn and we grow from that. I'm not trying to be harsh on my family because it does make them sad to think back about how they used to be and some of their choices," the "Teen Mom OG" star added.
She further revealed that her mom and dad were put into jail because of the abusive things they did.
