Bindi Irwin's brother, Robert, is creating a stir lately and according to rumors, "Dancing With The Stars" is planning to use his rising fame to further boost their ratings next season.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, "DWTS" producers recognized the late Steven Irwin's daughter as its main star for season 21. The gossip site reported that the show isn't ready to let go of the gold ratings when the 17-year-old leaves after the season.
They are allegedly planning to cast the 11-year-old animal lover for next year "in hopes that they will be able to duplicate this season's success."
"Robert is being eyed off by the producers," the kids' mother, Terri Irwin reportedly told the Australian version of the "Today Show" when asked if she would be following her daughter's footsteps to the dancing completion.
"It would be a lot of fun - it would be pretty incredible," Robert seconded his mother's comment, seemingly excited for the prospect.
"For us this is completely different from anything we have ever done - I mean we are certainly not used to all of these sparkles and rhinestones and heels so it's a really different situation to jumping on crocs and catching snakes in the mud," he added.
Being Bindi Irwin's brother, he could very well have the skills for dancing that his sister has been showing off week after week.
On the other hand, he might also encounter the same problem as his sister's with his possible future contract.
A judge in Los Angeles reportedly contested the young environmentalist's claim for her "DWTS" payout because of her deceased father.
TMZ reported that she had to prove her father's death to the court in order for her to claim all of her earnings from the competition. A payout of $230,000 is reportedly hanging in the balance.
Should Bindi Irwin's brother join showbiz or should he continue with his interest on animal preservation?
