While not available in the United States, Nokia Lumia 525 smartphone will be available before the year is up PC Magazine reported Wednesday.
"Like the Nokia Lumia 520, the Nokia Lumia 525 brings high-end innovation and experiences to an accessible price," a Nokia spokesman told PC Magazine.
The device will be on sale in Africa, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
"(U.S. shoppers can pick up a Lumia 520, which will) still play a key role in our portfolio as it continues to delight both our partners and consumers around the world," the Nokia spokesman told PC Magazine.
The phone has a screen, the same size as its Nokia Lumia 520 counterpart measuring 800 by 480 in resolution. Its pixel density has also increased by two from 233 ppi to 235 ppi. Bluetooth support has also upgraded to 4.0 support. Consumers in China will also be able to buy the phone through China Unicom for CNY for $180 prior to taxes, and subsidies PC Magazine reported.
The Lumia 525 also twice as much RAM or random access memory than the Lumia 520 tot total one gigabyte. The device also has eight gigabytes of space for an insert for a MicroSD card, which can hold a maximum 64 gigabytes. Seven gigabytes of free Microsoft Skydrive cloud storage is also available.
The device comes in orange, yellow, and white. Consumers can also choose from several colors for their headphones, such as yellow, red, and blue.
Photographers will be able to utilize many photography apps. These include the Nokia Smart Cam capable of taking photos in a particular order, and adds touches to help photos appear their best.
Glam Me, Creative Studio, and Cinemagraph will allow users to look over and change photos aspects as they wish.
The device's 14 days of battery life will make this possible. Consumers can also talk over 10 hours on the phone using 3G speed. Songs can also be played again and again throughout a two day span.
