Coram anticipates bringing in $1.4 billion in income after the initial year of the transaction concludes following next year's first fiscal quarter. This also involves expenses to integrate the deal, and a deposit.

"Coram has a demonstrated track record of providing access to infusion services delivered by experienced and knowledgeable clinical staff."
