While fans are excited to see Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson back in "Fifty Shades of Darker" movie adaptation, there are reports claiming the production is facing major setbacks.
Apparently, Amelia Warner is pregnant with a second child, thus Dornan's focus has shifted from doing movies to his pregnant wife.
"Dornan is having another child with his wife, Amelia Warner, and wants to have a break as his family prepares for their new addition," said Inquistr. "In light of this news, Dornan has request some time off in order to spend a little more time with his wife and child."
In fact, producer Dana Brunetti has confirmed the delay of the production to AcesShowbiz, as reported by MTV.
"We're nowhere near casting. We haven't gotten into anything like that. We don't even have a casting director on it yet," she said.
Now all hopes of having the "Fifty Shades Darker" release date set on Valentine's Day of 2016 have reportedly been crushed.
While the Brunetti did not reveal the real reason for the delay, Jamie Dornan and her wife were recently spotted walking around in London.
"Dressing down in a pair of grey jeans and matching scarf, the good-looking star appeared as though he wanted to go under the radar," Daily Mail claimed.
Not that this speculation has been corroborated already, but does Amelia Warner's second pregnancy has something to do with the reports that Jamie Dornan is asking for a raise?
After "Fifty Shades of Grey" earned over $500 million worldwide according to Box Office Mojo, an unnamed source of OK! magazine claimed that both Dornan and Johnson who reportedly received $250,000 plus bonuses from the movie are now asking a raise of $20 million each.
"The word is that they're asking for at least $20 million each, plus a percentage of the backend, which could be substantial if the next film is as big as the first," the insider alleged.
Apparently, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are both very well aware that "they're indispensable to producers, and they know it!"
"Fifty Shades Darker" release date is now reportedly set in 2017.
