Girl power dominated "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 episode 6 titled "Among Us Hide. . ."
Agent Melinda May (Ming Na Wen) and Agent Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) set off on the field to hunt Ward and other Hydra operatives.
They successfully took down bad guys but in the last minute, they were fooled because the other monster they are after is right in their backyard.
Agent May tracked down Werner von Strucker (Spencer Treat Clark) who was tasked by Ward to kill her ex husband Andrew Garner (Blair Underwood). To her shock, a dying Strucker revealed Garner was unscathed during the attack on him as opposed to how May and other SHIELD agents found him.
Turned out, he was the one who set the building ablaze. The worse part is Skye (Chloe Bennet) is right. The inhuman, Lash, they are hunting can indeed transform into human. To blend into the crowd, the beast becomes Garner.
May is in disbelief with the shocking revelation about her ex-husband. Well, "Agents Of SHIELD" season 5 was a shock to everyone, even the Ming Na Wen.
The actress said she was in shock and feels so dumb for not finding the twist in advance. Now that it is set, she assumes her character is faced with another touch decision. Going up against her one true love will put her in a tough situation.
"I can't give anything away, but all I can say is it definitely puts May in some of the toughest positions of her life," Wen said when asked by Comicbook.com when asked what's next for May and Garner.
"I think for her to leave S.H.I.E.L.D. was, on the one hand, just a hope and a dream, but now that she's back and has to face this, Andrew is the love of her life. Putting the pieces together and realizing that she may have to make another horrible decision - Bahrain already messed her up, so I can't even imagine what it would do to her."
The "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 episode is called "Chaos Theory."
