According to Latin Post, Sam and Dean will suspect that Amara was the little girl, which could mean that she already took her soul-sucking dinner to the streets already.
However, in previous episodes, Amara had already grown out of her little girl phase after sucking the souls of Crowley's (Mark Sheppard) army.
