Ever since the world discovered that Dave Franco and James Franco are brothers, fans of the two actors have hoped to see them together in a movie.
And now, fangirls of the Franco siblings will finally see their dreams come to life!
According to reports, the Francos will soon be co-starring in a comedy film called "The Disaster Artist," which follows an in-depth look at the making of the cult classic film, "The Room."
James Franco will play Tommy Wiseau while his younger brother, Dave Franco will play Wiseau's co-star, Greg Sestero.
"The film takes a fun, in-depth look at how Tommy Wiseau came up with the idea of the film hailed by many as one of the worst films ever made," Justin Kroll reported for Variety.
"While many consider it a bad movie, its cult following is wide; theaters across the nation still play the film on midnight runs over the weekend," Kroll wrote.
"The Disaster Artist's" screenplay was by "The Fault In Our Stars" and "Paper Towns" screenwriters, Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber. Aside from starring in the said film, James Franco is reportedly directing it and co-producing with Point Grey Pictures' Set Rogen and Evan Goldberg.
According to reports, New Line Cinema is currently in negotiations to pick up the rights to the said film. Should everything fall into place, "The Disaster Artist" will be the first full length film where brothers Dave Franco and James Franco will star together.
Meanwhile, the Franco brothers also have another comedy indie project coming entitled, "Zeroville," set to be released in 2016. The film, which was acquired by Alchemy, will also star Megan Fox, Seth Rogen and Will Ferrell.
Dave Franco will also re-appear in two prequel movies next year, including "Now You See Me 2" with Mark Ruffalo, Daniel Radcliffe and Jesse Eisenberg, as well as "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising," alongside Zac Efron and Seth Rogen.
Meanwhile, James Franco will be appearing in his forthcoming Hulu mini-series, "11/22/63" with Josh Duhamel.
