What's the first thing you ask Heidi Klum if you found out she recently got lice from her daughter, Helene Boshoven Samuel?
Well, TV host Ellen Degeneres was anything but blunt during the model's recent appearance on her show. [Scroll down for video]
On Tuesday, 42-year-old Heidi Klum revealed that she had an itchy problem brought on by her daughter, Helene Boshoven Samuel.
"She's just scared of my lice!" Klum said of Ellen Degeneres. "I am actually lice-free now,"
Apparently, the "Project Runway" host wasn't the only one recently infested with lice but, as Ellen Degeneres heard, the model's "whole house," reason why the TV host didn't hug her.
"It's horrible!" Klum commented. "You can't see them, they're so small!"
"All of my kids had them," the former Victoria's Secret Angel said. "So the nurse at school saw them and it happened already a few months ago because my daughter was itching and she had to go to the nurse and then they looked and sure enough, they found a little egg,"
Heidi Klum went on to say that she had to hire "lice fairies" to come into their house and solve the problem.
Asking if it was the first time that a lice infestation happened to them, the model admitted it was the second time.
"Second time? Do you bathe?!" Degeneres asked while the audience laughed.
"Yeah, of course we do!" Klum answered.
"Why are you booked here today? I don't understand. Why wouldn't you just stay home and say 'I'll come next week or something?" the TV host asked, concerned.
Later on, Heidi Klum assured Ellen Degeneres that she, her daughter Helene Boshoven Samuel and her three other children are now "lice-free," thanks to the said "lice fairies."
"You do get a certificate from the lice fairies," she said. "They are these fairies that come to the house and they brush (your hair) for hours and get all these lice out of your hair!"
On Saturday, Oct. 17, Heidi Klum was seen enjoying a nice day out in Brentwood Calif. with her daughters Helene (Leni), 11, Lou, 6 and sons Henry, 10 and Johan, 9.
Three years ago, the model split up with ex-husband, Seal and have since claimed to be a "mom and a dad at the same time."
