What is up with Jimmy Fallon these days?
After suffering from a serious finger injury caused by a condition called "Ring Avulsion" and then chipping his tooth opening a medicine container, the "Tonight Show" host suffered yet another injury.
After tripping and falling over during a Harvard University event this week, Jimmy Fallon had to be rushed to Massachusetts General Hospital to seek aid to yet another injury - this time, broken glass in his hands.
According to CNN, Fallon was at Harvard on Saturday to receive the Harvard Lampoon's Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor when he tripped over a woman who was bent down.
Apparently, the late night show host didn't see the woman and had fallen onto broken glass.
On the bright side, Jimmy Fallon's recent injury wasn't very serious and soon after receiving medical attention, the comedian reportedly returned to the party at Harvard.
Ryan Schuster, a member of the audience at that time, managed to record the whole thing on video.
A day after the accident, Jimmy Fallon took to Instagram to let his followers know that he was alright.
"Nothing that a few band aids couldn't fix," Fallon captioned a photo of his right hand with band-aids.
Last June, Fallon also tripped and fell in his kitchen. Although he managed to break his fall, his wedding ring got caught on the kitchen counter which ripped his ring finger open and nearly called for an amputation.
"I tripped and fell in my kitchen on a braided rug that my wife loves and I can't wait 'til I burn it to the ground," Fallon explained during his "Tonight Show" return. "And I tripped and fell and I caught my fall and I'm getting up and my finger's sideways."
Two months after, the 40-year-old comedian chipped his tooth trying to get a tube of ointment open for his injured finger.
"Chipped front tooth trying to open tube of scar tissue repair gel for recovering finger injury. Thank you Dr. Jobe DDS! #BestSummerEver," Fallon wrote on Instagram, along with a selfie showing his chipped tooth.
