'Gotham' Season 2 Spoiler: Bruce's Training To Become Batman Set To Start?

| By

Early "Gotham" season 2 spoilers revealed Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) is set to start his journey into becoming Batman.

He is still young on the show and that means supervision from older acquaintances. Who are these guys gonna be?

One of those who will shape the young Wayne into the Dark Knight is Lucius Fox (Chris Chalk) who first appeared in the end part of season.

However, before he establish a relationship with Bruce, Lucius will go through the kid's butler Alfred. Chalk teased Lucius and Alfred will have a very interesting relationship.

"What Sean [Pertwee] and I find exciting about the Lucius/Alfred dynamic is it's two people who can match each other. " Chalk told TV Line when asked for a "Gotham" season 2 spoiler regarding his character.

"Usually Alfred is the smartest man in the room, the most dangerous man in the room, and now he has an intellectual counterpart who's like, 'I can go all day with you."

Chalk added that like in the comics, this TV show's Lucius Fox is someone who is extremely loyal to the Wayne family.

"His dad was for the greater good, and having not previously pledged his loyalty in a more active way, Lucius now has a chance to do that with Bruce, to be an adviser in a way," he said.

Chris Chalk was promoted as series regular before the start of the second season last September.

"Gotham" resumes on Monday for the episode "By Fire."
