One Week following the terrifying event that left former Los Angeles Lakers baller Lamar Odom unconscious in a Nevada brothel, his estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian finally released an official statement about the unfaithful night.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star finally broke her social-media silence as posted on her Website.
"The past week has been incredibly difficult," Kardashian wrote on her Website. "I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work.
"Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made," she continued. "You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!"
She also took to Twitter to thank everyone who expressed their well wishes for the former NBA champ.
"Your support is overwhelming."
Odom awoke from a medically induced coma in Las Vegas's Sunrise Hospital last Friday with a source claiming that the NBA star "opened his eyes, saw [estranged wife] Khloé Kardashian, who has been by his bedside as he fights for his life, said, 'Hey, baby,' gave her a thumbs up and then went back to sleep."
According to E! Online, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have both decided to call off their divorce.
The publication reported that the couple who got married in 2009 and separated in 2013 is still bound by marriage "due to a backlog issue at the court, the famous pair were still bound by law despite having gone on to lead separate lives."
Apparently Kardashian was still dating James Harden when Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
The 31-year-old reality star reportedly never stopped loving her estranged husband, and the near death experience of Odom only made the two grow closer again.
"I will never, ever not love Lamar," Khloe Kardashian previously told E! News in April, four months after filing for divorce. "I was so obsessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that."
Meanwhile, the Nevada sheriff reportedly confirmed that Odom took cocaine and 10 doses of a Viagra-like drug during his stay at the Love Ranch brother, which cost him $75,000.
Now, ESPN reported that Odom is under the care of Los Angeles Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for recovery.
