After years of waiting Radiohead has finally completed the recording of their new album.
In an interview with a Russian radio station called, Silver Radio, which was seen in Reddit, guitarist Jonny Greenwood confirmed that the new album is indeed done.
According to Consequence Of Sound, the band is now working on minor details to make sure that everything is on place.
Additionally, Jonny Greenwood has reportedly teased the release of their new album, which may come along with their planned tour for next year.
"We have finished recording of the new album but we keep reevaluating the work we've done," Greenwood said. "We hope we'll get it right soon, and after that we'll start planning the next year's tour."
Drummer Phili Selway has hinted that a new album from Radiohead is cooking during an interview with ABC.net.au.
"We've got quite a busy autumn coming up," Selway said of the new Radiohead album. "We want to finish a record and that's where we're at. We're just launching ourselves into it."
And what should fans expect of Radiohead's new album?
In a previous interview with NME, drummer Philip Selway explained that they offer something new to every album.
"For so long we kind of played exclusively with each other and that takes you so far, so I suppose from album to album you try to push yourself beyond your comfort zone," Selway said.
"We kind of change record to record, try and change the underlying approach to making music."
