"Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" online play feature leaked and may arrive on next update.

According to a scan copy of V-jump Magazine translated by ShonenGamez, an online play feature could be in tow as this kind of gameplay had been prominent among different games. The leaked copy of the said magazine also revealed that there could be a planned collaboration with the upcoming "Dragon Ball Heroes' Super Saiyan 4," Attack of the Fanboy reported.

Though the latest franchise of "Dragon Ball Z" games has finally arrived in the US, the online play features only points out to the Japanese version which could arrive on the next patch update that might add Goku in his Super Saiyan 4 form as a playable character.

"Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" was recently launched across different retailers and Nintendo eShops across North America, while it will be available in Brazil on Oct. 23,

Priced at $29.99 for the Nintendo 3DS handheld device the game brings a different approach of a 2D platform gameplay which has more than 20 playable characters and 100 support characters with its "easy-to-learn fighting mechanics with an extensive combo system for experienced players to explore," Anime News Network added.
