World renowned chef, Bobby Flay is now reportedly selling his Manhattan house that he got back from the divorce settlement with his ex-wife Stephanie March.
Page Six, reported that Flay has now placed his Chelsea Mercantile properly on the market for a whopping $7.95 million.
"The 3,200-square-foot apartment boasts three bedrooms and features a zinc bar top from Paris, lab cabinets in the kitchen and red-glazed finishes, The Post's Jennifer Gould Keil reports. Listing brokers Meris and Kenny Blumstein of Corcoran Group declined to comment," the article reported.
And while the highly publicized and equally controversial divorce has finally ended, Bobby Flay is now rumored to be dating his Food Network co-star, Giada de Laurentiis.
To be able to be together, both Food Network stars have reportedly spent huge amount of money on their divorce Stephanie March and Todd Thompson, respectively.
"Both Giada's former husband Todd Thompson and Bobby's ex-wife Stephanie March made out like bandits in the divorces," said CDL. "Only further fueling the rumors that Bobby and Giada had been unfaithful to their spouses. But, the question remains, were they cheating on their spouses with each other?"
While more detailed information of Bobby Flay's divorce with Stephanie March was not divulged, it's been reported that March has asked a higher alimony than the $5,000, which was stipulated in ther prenup.
Giada de Laurentiis on the other hand, reportedly agreed to giving $9,000 spousal support to Thompson while they share their custody to their 7-year-old daughter, Jade Marie, Radar Online reported..
Additionally, "She must also sign over the $3.2 home the pair owned in swanky Pacific Palisades, Calif., that contains more than $300,000 in furnishings. The two will also split $2 million spread over various bank accounts."
In addition to all of these, Laurentiis will also have to share half of the royalty she's getting from her book, which is amounting to $5 million.
According to Starcasm Bobby Flay and Giada de Launrentiis were both spotted on a romantic date.
While Stephanie March, has also reportedly moved on pretty well with the divorce, Page Six reported.
"Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" star was reportedly seen enjoying a "ladies' night out" with close pals, which was organized by the editor of Hamptons Magazine, Samantha Yanks.
"The actress, who just finalized her divorce from chef Bobby Flay, was one of 30 women at the home of Kris Fuchs," the publication posted. "Later, Fuchs gave out 'Camp Fuchs' sweatshirts to guests including Jennifer Miller, Lauren Walk, Rosanna Scotto, Alina Cho, Shoshanna Gruss and Gigi Stone Woods."
