It seems like Mally Mall is in big trouble. Not only with Nikki Mudarris but most importantly with the feds.
Prior to the whole sextape scandal, the "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood's" ex-boyfriend got involved in an alleged raketeering and prostitution.
Mally Mall's Las Vegas home was raided by the feds last year, and now Review Journal reported that FBI has decided to expand its investigation against Mall.
The feds have now reportedly sent letters to the hip hop producer's employees asking for their full cooperation.
Now troubled with his sextape scandal, Nikki Mudarris' ex-boyfriend reportedly needs to allow his employees to sign a "proffer agreement" in regard to the feds' investigation.
And while he remained tighlipped with the said government problem, Mally Mall has offered an explanation as to how and why his sextape with "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Nikki Mudarris was released in public.
Apparently, Mall's social media accounts were hacked, insisting that he had nothing to do with it.
"I did not leak any intimate moments filmed in my Las Vegas home between 2 consenting adults. Recently my email accts/iCloud/social media.." The "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star posted on Twitter.
Adding, "were hacked into. Everyone involved in this private matter was aware my phone n accts were all compromise."
"I am having this investigated and taking the appropriate action as needed."
"My ONLY public statement."
In fact, he claimed that he can't even get an Uber because, even his Uber account was hacked.
"I wish whom ever is doing this would just get a life .. Now my uber is hacked .. This is 2 much..Ruining relationships, $ & so forth," he posted with a skull and a gun emoji.
But with all the explanation, it seems like Nikki Mudarris is not buying any of it.
VH1 reported that the reality star has no knowledge whatsoever of the recording and she strongly believes that her ex-boyfriend planned everything.
"Ironically, your phone was 'hacked' but none of your other secrets were exposed, only my tape was.#MissMeWithTheBS," she posted.
"& why did you record it in the first place is the question, cuz none of you is shown its all primarily to humiliate me.#ImNotHavinIt"
"Sadly men, are suppose to love and protect their women, not extort them for a little money. You sold your soul to the devil baby."
"Back to the money."
