Selena Gomez recently opened up about her thoughts on sexual fluidity and also addressed dating rumors involving her and "Paper Towns" actress and model, Cara Delevingne.
In an interview with Pride Source, the "Good For You" singer said she has "absolutely" questioned her sexuality, despite having heterosexual relationships like what she had with Justin Bieber and despite the fact that has been linked to other famous celebrities like Niall Horan, Hunter Hayes, Zedd and Nick Jonas.
"Oh, I think everybody does, no matter who they are," Gomez said of questioning her sexuality. "I do, yeah, of course. Absolutely. I think it's healthy to gain a perspective on who you are deep down, question yourself and challenge yourself; it's important to do that."
Additionally, there are rumors linking Selena Gomez to Cara Delevingne.
The rumors began after the former Disney star and the Victoria's Secret Angel went on a vacation together in French Riviera in 2014.
Although Selena Gomez and Cara Delevingne are merely "squad-mates," along with Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Karlie Kloss, Zendaya, Hailee Steinfeld and others, rumors of the two secretly dating have circulated since then.
Asked of her reaction, Selena Gomez said she "loved" the rumors involving her and Cara Delevingne.
"Honestly, I loved it," the 23-year-old singer confessed. "I didn't mind it, especially because they weren't talking about other people in my life for once, which was wonderful."
"Honestly, though, she's incredible and very open and she just makes me open," Gomez said of Delevingne. "She's so fun and she's just extremely adventurous, and sometimes I just want that in my life, so I didn't mind it. I loved it."
Gomez explained that her perspective on sexuality as something fluid stems from her upbringing.
"You have to understand: my mother is absolutely fantastic and she worked at a modeling agency when I was a very young girl," she explained. "So every Sunday I would have brunch with her and all of her gays, and I just remember a lot of mimosas. It was the best."
