After showing support for each other's individual ventures, are Drake and Serena Williams ready to get engaged?
According to the rapper's representatives, there will be no "I dos" in the near future for the said couple.
"The rumor is completely untrue," TMZ quoted the rep as saying. In fact, Drake shared some of his relationship deal breakers to W Magazine and it doesn't sound very promising for the tennis champ.
"Most people I know stay in Toronto. I plan to spend the rest of my life there. The talk, the smell, the sound that comes out of that city is home to me," he shared. "When I think about the girls I want to get romantic with, it's a girl from Toronto who knows what I'm talking about when we drive around the city."
Unfortunately, Williams, who is a Michigan native, doesn't fit the bill. However, she did make an effort to show up in Toronto for her alleged boyfriend's new restaurant opening.
If Drake and Serena Williams will get engaged in the future, will the Grand Slam champ be willing to move to Canada for him?
With Williams on a break from playing tennis for the rest of the year, she can finally spend some time with her rumored beau in his hometown.
From her recent Instagram posts, however, it looks like she's spending time with her friends first.
She went out with "Arrow" star Colton Hayne, showing off her fit body during a river escapade at San Marcos River in Texas. Drake wasn't there to join the star athlete with her friends.
"It's no secret I've played injured most of the year," she previously announced her decision to sit out the rest of 2015. "Whether it was my elbow, my knee, or, in the final moments after a certain match in Flushing (Meadows), my heart."
She also added that she's taking a "proactive step and withdrawing from tournaments in Beijing and Singapore to properly address my health and take the time to heal."
Drake and Serena Williams are not engaged but perhaps the tennis star can hang out with him in Toronto during her rest.
