Following the success of the first film, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" is all set for next year.
And while Michael Bay and the rest of the cast and crew are reportedly busy with the production, there's an ongoing rumor claiming that Megan Fox will have a new rival in the sequel.
Apparently, Victoria's Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is reportedly going to be included in the lineup for "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2," The Hollywood Reported reported.
"Ambrosia and 'TMNT' star Will Arnett were photographed kissing at a New York Knicks game on March 25. But the lip-lock didn't signal a new couple. Instead, the pair were filming a scene for the sequel. Ambrosia will play herself and the love interest of Arnett's character in the film," the entertainment site reported.
And while Megan Fox has yet to comment on the said rivalry a new actor is also going to be introduced in the sequel.
According to Variety Tohoru Masamune who previously dropped out from the sequel as the villain Shredder will be replaced by "Wolverine" star Brian Tee.
While details about the sequel's plot remain to be under wraps, Cinema Blend reported that the "TMNT 2" will bring back classic villains to the big screen.
In addition to Rocksteady and Bebop, Krang will also appear in the film.
"According to a source close to production, Krang will be featured in live-action in TMNT 2. This source said that the production recently filmed a scene last week involving a number of extras and the character's arrival on Earth through a portal of some sort. We have yet to confirm this information outside of the mentioned source, but given all we know of this current run of films and the rumors, we have every reason to trust this intel," the publication revealed.
Following director Jonathan Liebsman's exit Dave Green has taken over "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2," which is scheduled for release on June 3, 2016.
