While Victoria Beckham slammed split rumors with football star husband David Beckham, their eldest son, Brooklyn have opened up about his parents' "strict" house rules.
As reported by Daily Mail, the 16-year-old son of the Beckhams admitted to Miss Vogue that while his parents are "really cool" they are also very "strict."
Accordingly, the "Spice Girls" alum is very strict about her children playing football inside their house. She's "constantly telling us" not to play football indoors.
"They're both strict, but about different things," Victoria and David Beckham's son revealed.
And while the fashion designer is very strict about not playing inside the house, she and David are reportedly laid back about their kids' curfew.
"My parents are really cool and I never get in that late anyway,' Brooklyn Beckham confessed.
While Brooklyn revealed the parenting style of his superstar parents, David added in a previous interview with ABC that he and his wife constantly check their son's social media activities.
Having already 4.4 million followers on Instagram, David is making sure that he looks into Brooklyn's social media habits.
"We control everything that he posts, everything that he does, and it's the same with our other kids," David explained referencing Romeo, 13, Cruz, 10 and Harper, 10. (the three younger kids however have no public social media accounts yet).
And while the kids love to play football like their dad, that doesn't necessarily mean that they plan to follow the footsteps of their football superstar father.
"I love football, but I'm also very passionate about photography and film," Brooklyn admitted.
"I'm keeping my options open right now."
Meanwhile, David Beckham admitted that one of his sons has already told him that he's not sure if wanted to play footlball like his dad.
"One of my boys turned around to me the other day and said, 'Daddy, you know, I'm not sure I want to play football all the time..." David revealed in the interview.
"It broke my heart a little bit," he added.
Apparently, David and Victoria Beckham's son is not comfortable with the fact that he's going to be compared to his father all the time.
"Every time that I step onto the field, I know people are saying, 'This is David Beckham's son', and if I'm not as good as you, then it's not good enough," David told.
"I said, 'Okay, stop right there... You play because you want to play.'"
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham is not at all affected with the fact that not all of his sons are thrilled to play football as she admitted that it felt like a "dagger in the heart" when her only daughter, Harper, told her that she also wanted to play football.
"I have three boys who want to play football, come on, let one of them want to be in fashion or dance," she quipped.
Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham bravely adressed the divorce rumors with David Beckham during an interview with Grazia.
"I have never listened to, or commented on, the rumors about any aspect of my life," the 41-year-old fashion designer told the UK fashion mag. "I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children."
Adding, "Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments. But we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family. David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents."
