Bobbi Kristina Brown's medical reports conclude Nick Gordon killed her?

Authorities have been treated Bobbi Kristina Brown's case as a criminal investigation when she was found unresponsive in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31 and was pronounced dead after few months of battling for her life.

Earlier Fulton authorities have released an official statement about Bobbi Kristina Brown's dead news, stating that they "has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death based on information available as of Sept. 25, 2015," a statement on the website said.

"However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated Sept. 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public.

The Fulton County District Attorney and Roswell Police Department have been informed of the Medical Examiner's findings," the post continued according to People.

According to US Magazine, Hargrove filed a lawsuit against the aspiring singer's boyfriend Nick Gordon, wherein it was stated that the latter gave Bobbi a "toxic cocktail" that led to her unresponsive condition.

The lawsuit also accused Nick Gordon "beating Bobbi Kristina and withdrawing funds from her accounts."

In addition, Gordon "put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage."

On the other hand, Nick Gordon's lawyers filed a motion to stop the wrongful death lawsuit filed by the Brown family.

"According to court documents, Gordon's attorneys feel that the media exposure revolving around the ongoing criminal investigation will portray him as "unfairly, legally and financially prejudiced should he be subject to parallel criminal and civil proceedings," Inquistr wrote.

The report continued that Nick Gordon "maintains his innocence and denies that he is a "a murderer, a habitual batterer of women, a seducer of young white females, a thief and/or con-man fueled by monetary gain, and a chemist capable of making a toxic cocktail."
