The well-love brain-eating half zombie half human, Liv (Rose McIver) is back again in the second season of "iZombie."
In her efforts to solve the mystery of the death of an old man, Liv would of course need to consume his brain.
But upon doing so, she adopts the personality of the "grumpy" man.
The opening episode for season 2 will see Liv and Detective Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) meeting the character of "Veronica Mars" alum Adam Rose, Byron Thistlewaite.
Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) who will also experience changes in as the season progress will be visited by Liv.
Blaine who used to be an Utopium dealer had to change his job following the unfortunate event that caused his Meat Cute business to diminish last season.
This season will see Blaine taking on the funeral business, where he will still be able to stay connected to his love for the undead.
And in an interview with USA Today, it seems like David Anders really excited with his character's change. Claiming that his new job is "a fun new vocation."
It is still unclear if Liv will see him put on a white face, which he would do "to pass himself off as a zombie," as per executive producer Rob Thomas. "He still wants those customers to fear him. [So] we're going to have fun with that," he said during an interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"Season 2 begins with Liv consuming the brains of a cantankerous old man to gain insight into his death. Meanwhile, Ravi suspects that Major is experiencing a side effect to the cure; and Blaine receives a surprise visit from Liv."
