Following the successful "Thor: The Dark World," fans are now wondering what will happen to Tom Hiddleston's character Loki.
There are rumors surrounding Loki's fate in "Thor 3: Ragnarok."
Apparently, the ending of the second sequel was indicative of what will happen to Tom Hiddleston's character.
As reported by Kpopstarz, there is a probability that Hiddleston's role will appear as cameo in the third installment of the "Thor" franchise.
In an interview with Coming Soon, the "Thor 3" cast admitted that he has no knowledge of what Marvel has install for him in the future.
"I don't know," Tom Hiddleston told Coming Soon.
"I think I won't be able to help it if I ever play him again, and I just don't know when that's gonna happen, if that's gonna happen. I would never lose his dimension, but it's so interesting. I've talked with Chris Hemsworth, how those characters have changed as we've changed. It's five years ago since I played him for the first time. That's a long time ago. So who knows what I'll be cooking up."
Furthermore, Tom Hiddleston explained that he is not sure if the fans are still insterested in seeing Loki's return in "Thor 3."
"I never quite know whether people want to see him again or whether people want to move on," Hiddleston explained.
"I can't really take the temperature on it. It's so difficult, because if it did happen again, I would try not to repeat myself. I would try to do something new."
Meanwhile, Cinema Blend believes that the ending of "Thor: The Dark World" only signifies how Loki is going to be portrayed in "Thor 3."
"I honestly don't think fans should prepare to see Loki return to central villain form in Thor: Ragnarok," the publication explained. "Instead, he'll probably be back in a strong supporting position while the role of "Big Bad" gets handed off to none other than Josh Brolin's Thanos."
Meanwhile, "Thor 3" is reportedly going to set the stage for the upcoming "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 & 2."
Apparently, Thanos' obssesion with the Infinity gems will lead to Asgard's apocalypse in "Thor 3: Ragnarok," which will reportedly cause the imprisonment of Thor in a "galactic prison."
The Avengers will reportedly going to help fix the chaos that will affect the entire Universe, including of course Earth.
"Thor 3: Ragnarok" release date is set on July 28, 2017.
