The relationship of Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz reportedly ended just as fast as it started.
The question is why did the young lovers broke up?
Apparently, "Good for You" singer Selena Gomez had something to do with it.
David and Victoria Beckham's son is reportedly head over heels with Selena, which caused his short-lived relationship with the "Kickass" star to end.
According to OK! Magazine, the 16-year-old hunk has a "major crush" on the 23-year-old "Good for You" songstress.
"He drools about her to all his friends and thinks she's the hottest woman alive," a source of the publication alleged.
This major crush reportedly irked Chloe Grace Moretz that she decided to just break up with Brooklyn Beckham.
"He was smitten with Selena even while he was dating Chloe, which was one of the reasons they broke up," the insider claimed.
However, while Selena Gomez reportedly acknowledges Brooklyn's efforts of trying to date her, the "Good for Your" singer is not romantically interested with David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son.
She was said to be "too hooked on Justin Bieber at the time."
Additionally, while she was "flattered" with Brooklyn's attention, she was "not conviced" that it would work out between them.
"She says Brooklyn's sweet and all, but he's just too young for her," the insider revealed. "In a few years time that could change, but for now she only sees him as a friend - and it's breaking his heart!"
Meanwhile, Brooklyn and Selena were spotted at the Polo Ralph Lauren fashion show during the Spring 2016 New York Fashion Week held at Gallow Green at the McKittrick Hotel on Sept. 11.
Chloe Grace Moretz' ex-boyfriend and her "Neighbors" co-star reportedly went out out as friends and nothing more than that.
"The two posted for pics together at the Polo Ralph Lauren spring-summer 2016 fashion show," E! News reported.. "The singer sported a sleeveless, black leather romper and Brooklyn wore a white T-shirt, black skinny pants and dark blue denim jacket."
"Gomez leaned her arms against Brooklyn's shoulder and placed her head on them as he wrapped an arm around her waist."
