Just a few weeks ago, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted looking more relaxed and happy despite their messy divorce.
The couple decided to end their 10-year marriage a few months ago because of the actor's cheating scandal. He allegedly had an affair with their former nanny Christine Ouzounian.
There were reports that the 43-year-old actor is still seeing the 28-year-old nanny. Ouzounian's pal revealed that they are in touch with each other every day and he even got phones exclusive for each other as reported by PEOPLE. "They are certainly still boning," their source confirmed.
However, Ben Affleck has decided to officially split up from Christine Ouzounian to be with his estranged wife Jennifer Garner. According to Life & Style, the star of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" has just ditched their former nanny and she didn't took it well.
"He cut ties with her recently," an insider revealed as reported by OK! Magazine.
"He told Christine he couldn't handle another relationship when things were still so painful and raw between him and Jen."
According to a source close to the former nanny, Ben had fun with Christine but he was never in love with her.
She was shocked when the "Gone Girl" actor dumped her because she was convinced that he will marry her.
"So when Ben finally told Christine they were over, she was pissed," their source said. "She told friends that she asked him point-blank, 'What about all the things you promised me?' Ben didn't have an answer, but he knew better than to engage her any further."

They are trying to make things work, but it's really tough. They have been back and forth for years on this subject," an insider told Hollywood Life.
"There is still love there that they are trying to figure out. The kids are the great equalizer that they want to stay together for, so it's a daily battle to see if it will work out. It is 50/50 at best," their source added. According to the website, the Jennifer Garner is giving Ben Affleck a second chance for the sake of their three children.
"Jen is interested in saving her marriage for her kids, but is not interested in having more kids," the insider revealed. "She is taking it day by day and Ben has really been a changed man of late, so it might just work out now that the dust has cleared."
