It's been a while since Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko announced their engagement.
However, Klitschko announced that while they are engaged they opted not to pursue with the wedding first when their daughter Kaya Evdokia Klitschko arrived.
Apparently, the "Nashville" star and her Ukranian boxer fiance are still going to focus on taking care of their daughter instead of planning for a wedding.
"Now is for now -- when people get married there are different things they promise to each other and I understand the promising part, but I think [having] children is something that connects you until the end of your days no matter what," the 39-year-old Ukranian boxer told Entertainment Tonight of their wedding plans.
"And I think that, Kaya, our daughter, has connected us forever. And that's the most amazing thing. Everything else is coming, it's something that needs to be planned ... but as I said, the connection with the child is better than any marriage!"
But now that Kaya is almost one-year-old, the fans of the couple are wondering if they are now going to pursue with the wedding.
Too many things are reportedly happening in their life that it seemed impossible for Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko to even think about getting married.
According to Kpopstarz the bitter divorce of Hayden's parents are keeping her from getting married.
"Hayden Panettiere may be refusing to go on with planning the wedding with her baby daddy Wladimir Klitschko because of what she has seen through her parents' divorce," the publication reported. "Seeing how messy marital affairs can be, 'Nashville' star may be choosing to opt out."
While the 26-year-old "Nashville" star did not mention anything about her highly anticipated wedding, she did however talk about problems mothers had to go through following the birth of their children.
In her appearance in "Live! With Kelly and Michael," Panettiere compared her character, Julieete Barnes, to her personal experiences.
"I can very much relate," she explained.
"It's something a lot of women experience. When [you are told] about postpartum depression you think it's 'I feel negative feelings towards my child; I want to injure or hurt my child.' I've never, ever had those feelings. Some women do. But you don't realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It's something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they're not alone, and that it does heal."
After revealing that she also suffered from postpartum depression, many speculated that it could have been the reason why up until now the highly anticipated wedding of Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko has yet to happen.
