While Megan Fox seemed to have moved on from her estranged husband Brian Austin Green after filing for a divorce, the 42-year-old actor may be having a hard time coping up with the split up.
The former "Beverly Hills 90210" star was spotted wearing a shirt that has the words "Life Hurts" a few weeks ago. He also kept on wearing his wedding ring despite the breakup.
The "Transformers" actress, on the other hand, was recently seen donning a T-shirt with "I need more space" written on it. She also ditched her wedding ring right after she filed for a divorce. The Hollywood heartthrob could have been hurt by his estranged wife's action that he's seeking revenge by filing for spousal support and child custody.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have two children together, Noah who is 3 years old and Bodhi who is just 18 month old. According to PEOPLE, the 29-year-old actress listed their date of separation on June 15 and her former partner also used the same date, which means that the two have been over each other for around three months.
The brunette beauty claimed that the reason for their divorce is irreconcilable differences. The two have been allegedly fighting about her career. "He would prefer she focus on the family more than being obsessed with getting roles," an insider told Us Weekly.
Fox has just landed a role in the popular comedy series "New Girl" as the lead star Zooey Deschanel goes on maternal leave. Fans can also see the actress in the upcoming films "Zeroville" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2."
While Megan Fox continues to focus on her acting career, Brian Austin Green has been busy filing for spousal support. TMZ was able to obtain a document that can prove that the actor was asking some money from his soon-to-be ex-wife.
According to the website, the former couple got into a car accident last December, which triggered the sickness called vertigo on Green. His sickness has affected his ability to work and balance thus limiting his film and TV series projects.
"The actor has reportedly worked very little since both he and Megan were involved in a car accident back in December 2014," a source said as reported by the Hollywood Life.
"While Megan Fox walked away from the incident unscathed, Brian reportedly developed a serious case of vertigo that continues to affect his balance and ability to work." Apart from spousal support, Green is also requesting joint custody of their children Noah and Bodhi.
