"Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" pre-order and pre-load rolls out on Oct. 01.
The upcoming "Dragon Ball" franchise is set to be released in less than a month, and as its official launch is nearing, pre-order and pre-load will start soon on European 3DS shop, Geeksnack reported.
Players with European 3DS eShop may pre-order the "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" starting Oct. 01. The pre-ordered game exclusively on the ecommerce shop will be bundled with 3DS Home Theme and the Super Nintendo game "Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden 2," while pre-loaded game will be unlocked on its official release, the gaming site added.
In addition, players who pre-ordered the game will get an early access to 6 assist characters: Goku from Dragon Ball, Vegito from Dragon Ball Z, and Baby Gohan from "Dragon Ball Z."
Meanwhile pre-orders made through Amazon in North America, offers a different bundle which is called the "Virtual Console Game Japanese Version" which comes with a "Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden 2" game, Siliconera reported.
Last month "Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" demo rolled out, ike its Japanese version, the demo features four playable characters - Goku, Gohan (Kid), Vegeta & and Majin Buu.
Also the demo version includes: two playable modes- Battle and Versus modes which allows two local players, eight Z-Assists characters: Korin, Great Saiyaman, Hercule, Recoome, Tien, Turtle, Mercenary Tao & Majuub and 5 stages such as Rocky Area, Urban Area, World Tournament Arena, Planet Namek & King Kai's Planet, Capsule Computer reported.
As for its game play, it has over 100 playable characters with some are adapted from "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection of F" movie, the game incorporates three-on-three battles in which combo assists can be used, Koalition added.
"Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden" is slated for a release in Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia on Oct. 16, while North American players may get the full version on Oct. 20.
