The photo with Gwyneth Paltrow was taken during the premiere of Brad Falchuk's new TV series, "Scream Queens" last Saturday, Sept. 21.

In March 2014, Paltrow and Martin split up due to what they called a "conscious uncoupling." In April this year, the couple finalized their divorce.
