Most of the talks concerning the explosive "Suits" season 5 episode 10, a.k.a. the mid-season finale, concern Mike's Ross arrest.
Patrick J. Adams' character is a fraud lawyer and karma caught up with him in the last episode called "Faith."
That is just one of the many knots that needs to be addressed when the show returns next year. Another major concern is the relationship between Harvey Spectre (Gabriel Macht) and Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty).
The two spent the first half of the season away from each other due to a major conflict involving work. However, they found themselves on a "date" by the end of "Suits" season 5 episode 10.
While this looks like a welcome sight for their fans, Donna did not end the date without confirming that she is with someone right now. Is that true or she is just lying?
Executive producer Aaron Korsh said what Donna just revealed is true. However, it remains to be seen what will be its ramifications in her relationship with former boss and almost lover Harvey.
"Yes, she was telling the truth," Korsh told TV Line's Michael Ausiello last week.
"But it remains to be seen how important that relationship ends up being. She was not lying. I do not think Donna would do that. But it's possible that, since then, they've broken up. We don't know. We have to figure that out."
While the Harvey-Donna relationship will surely be discussed, Korsh said the last six episodes of the fifth season will be more focused on Mike Ross.
"A lot of the first half of the season focused on Harvey," Korsh told the Hollywood Reporter after the airing of "Suits" season 5 episode 10.
"Obviously there were other things going on but it was largely about Harvey and what he was dealing with in terms of being in therapy after the loss of Donna. The last six are going to be a little bit more focused on Mike and what he's going through in the wake of being arrested. There's no doubt that will affect every single one of our six from top to bottom. But put yourself in Mike's shoes and imagine what life is going to be like for him right now. We're going to get some more insights into him on how he handles this from hereon in."
"Suits" season 5 episode 11 is expected to air early next year.
