Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting and husband (and soon-to-be ex) Ryan Sweeting recently announced their mutual decision to get divorced.
Although the announcement made no mention of the reason behind the couple's decision to split up, some rumors claim that it is due to "The Big Bang Theory's" Johnny Galecki.
After 21 months of being married, Kaley Cuoco has decided to divorce her husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting. The couple tied the knot in 2013 after only 3 months of dating.
"Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," Kaley Cuoco's rep said in an interview with ET. "They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter,"
Prior to their divorce announcement, rumors had already been circulating of the couple's crumbling marriage. The rumors, however, were squashed by the "Big Bang Theory" actress.
"I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet," Cuoco wrote last April. "This guy is fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries and not to mention constant 'conversation' regarding our marriage and basically any daily decision we decide to make,"
"So all of you who take it upon yourselves to trash our marriage, daily workings of our relationship and everything in between, go ahead and keep doing it, cause it only makes us stronger," she added.
Despite this, rumors claim that Kaley Cuoco and her husband Ryan Sweeting are getting divorced due to Cuoco's recurring feelings towards her ex boyfriend and "The Big Bang Theory" co-star Johnny Galecki.
The divorce announcement was made just days after "The Big Bang Theory's" season 9 premiere, wherein Cuoco's character, Penny and Galecki's character, Leonard get married.
On the other hand, a few days before the season premiere, Kaley Cuoco was talking about her husband, Ryan Sweeting's friendship with Johnny Galecki.
"He's (Galecki) one of my dearest friends and Ryan loves him. Johnny loves (Ryan)," she gushed. "I got lucky."
