Eddie Redmayne is speculated for another Best Actor nomination in the Oscar Awards for "The Danish Girl" and he's also about to portray arguably the most high-profile role of his career.
Does he already have some "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" spoilers to spill?
According to the answers he provided during a recent interview with Variety, he might have done the Unbreakable Vow with Warner Brothers to keep absolutely quiet about the "Harry Potter" spinoff.
"I'm on censorship mode about what I'm allowed to say," he reportedly told the site about the most high-profile role he's bagged so far.
Warner Bros was so tight-lipped about the whole production that the Academy Award-winning actor didn't even get his script until after he wrote his name on the contract.
Although Eddie Redmayne was forbidden to share some "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" details, he's not that out of the loop either.
"She was having to run off," he shared about catching up with famed "Harry Potter" series author JK Rowling, "and I bombarded her with questions on the character."
The excitement wasn't just about getting a new project either. It seems that, like millions of people in the world, he's also a Potterhead himself.
"Like many people, I read those books, I watched those films, and became completely intoxicated by J.K. Rowling's world," "The Theory Of Everything" star reportedly told Entertainment Weekly recently.
"The idea of getting to tiptoe into it felt truly exciting. I hope it's going to be quite a ride."
It would definitely be intriguing to see what Eddie Redmayne's inclusion in the "Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them" cast will bring to the table. The British superstar will be portraying lead character Newt Scamander, who will be going on an adventure to discover and record all the magical creatures that he encounters.
The first of the trilogy will hit cinemas on Nov. 18, 2016.
