Adam Richman: Former 'Man V. Food' Host Sheds 60 Pounds Since Ending Show

"Man V. Food's" Adam Richman has lost 60 pounds since ending the show.

People Magazine put up a photo Saturday of the former host in a slimmer form on their website.

Richman told People he's still getting over the rough patches when it comes to living a healtier lifestyle.

"The crew got a bunch of pizzas, and it was all I could smell. It sucked," he said. "But I had a greek yogurt with raw almonds, water and an iced coffee, and I was satisfied."

On his show, Richman, was known for taking on food challenges at a variety of restaurants throughout the country leading big-time weight gain. With the show done with, Richman has dedicated himself to a healthier lifestyle

According to People, Richman does not have any regrets about his experience on the show because it made him well-known personality in the entertainment business.

"I went from anonymity to someone of note with access to amazing eateries," he said.

With new goals in mind, Richman has become cautious about what he eats, reducing white flour and diary intake, People reported. He's also increased his exercise routine. Richman has several t-shirts and chackies or combination of chips, crackers, and cookies to remember his experience on the show by.

Richman is not over with television show however, he has a new show "Adam Richman's Fandemonium" on the Travel Channel. The show premiered July 14, and shows Richman travelling the country for the largest and craziest fan events including the Daytona 500, and Kentucky Derby.
