While "Expendables 3" did not do well in the box office, following the piracy incident, Sylverster Stallone is reportedly going to move forward with "Expendables 4" otherwise.
While nothing is made final yet, WWE legend, Hulk Hogan has reportedly confirmed his involvement in the planned action-packed movie.
According to Wrestling Inc.(via Uproxx), Hogan has been tapped to play the role of a villain.
"Was talking on the phone with Sly [Stallone] about doing The Expendables 4," Hogan revealed.
"We're trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world. Y'know, Stallone gave me my first break and he's been a great friend for all these years ... We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out."
Sylverster Stallone has however kept his mouth shut about Hogan's involvement with "Expendables 4."
Instead, he is reportedly busy courting Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
India Times reported that Stallone has asked Khan to join the cast of "Expendables 4" in a series of tweets.
"Salman, I am very impressed with your many devoted fans. To make a great Action film Sucessful takes MANY great fans who support you, Sly"
Adding, "Mabye the New EXPENDABLES"
While there's no update yet if Khan did accept the offer, Jason Statham, who appeared in the franchise since it was first released five years ago, has already expressed his intentions to return to the sequel.
"Working with Sylvester Stallone is beyond a pinch yourself moment," the 47-year-old British actor said of his co-star in an interview with IGN.
And while he is very much willing to reprise his role in "Expendables 4," everything is still in Sylvester Stallone's hands.
"I remember growing up watching his films. And to be directed by him and to be in a movie that he's produced and to be shoulder to shoulder with Sly is a privilege any man who loves action movies would never turn their nose up at. I mean, it's terrific. I'll do as many as he wants."
