Sofia Vergara: 'Modern Family' Actress Tops Forbes' List of Highest-Paid TV actresses For Second Consecutive Year

Sofia Vergara has been named the highest-paid TV actress for the second year in a row, Forbes reported.

The Columbian-born actress' $30 million earnings surpassed Emmy and Golden-Globe winner Mariska Hargitay of NBC's "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" and "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco who each pulled in $11 million for a second place tie on the list.

Vergara, 41, who stars in ABC's "Modern Family" television show, has clothing and home goods lines at Sears, Kmart, and endorsements with Pepsico Inc's Diet Pepsi, Proctor and Gamble Co, and CoverGirl. She also signed deals with Rooms To Go, thyroid medicine Synthroid, Comcast, State Farm Insurance, and commercials for laundry detergent. These companies, according to Forbes, are meant to match her vibrant appeal.

Kim, Khortney and Khloe Kardashian of E!'s "Keeping up with the Kardashians" came in at number four on the list with revenue of $10 million each Forbes reported. Melissa McCarthy of CBS's "Mike and Molly" shared the fourth place spot with the Kardashian sisters who also have a clothing line and other deals.

McCarthy came up big in the movies "Bridesmaids" and "The Heat" with actress Sandra Bullock. The buddy cop comedy grossed $288 million at the global box office.

Forbes made the list by predicting earnings of actresses' from January to June of this year from work on television, endorsements, residuals, advertising work, and talking with agents, managers and lawyers.

Actress Amy Poehler from "Parks and Recreation" made the list for the first time at number 13. Poehler made $7 million and also signed a deal for a book.

The top 20 actresses and reality stars made a combined $183 million.
