Vandal Savage is not the only one who will terrorize the world. One more actress has joined "Legends of Tomorrow" cast and she will play an iconic DC villain.
TV Line reported "Mr. Robot" fan favorite Stephanie Corneliussen is now part of the "Legends of Tomorrow" cast as Valentina Vostok, who is also known as Negative Woman.
"Legends of Tomorrow is downloading one of Mr. Robot's coolest features," TV Line wrote.
"The CW spinoff has tapped Stephanie Corneliussen - who emerged as a fan favorite during the USA Network drama's rookie summer season - to play icy DC Comics villainess character Valentina Vostok for multiple episodes, TVLine has learned exclusively."
TV Line further wrote that the new "Legends of Tomorrow" cast/character is a patriot who will do her best to defend her country Russia and will have a run in with Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), Sarah Lance (Caity Lotz), and the rest of the team after being suspected of working with Vandal Savage, the show's main villain.
"Valentina is described as a gifted and beautiful Soviet physicist who will stop at nothing to defend her precious "Motherland,"" the entertainment website wrote.
"When the Legends encounter her at the height of the Cold War, they suspect her of working with Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) on a secret weapon," the publication added.
Ray/The Atom (Brandon Routh) and Leonard/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) must vie for Valentina's affection in an attempt to thaw her cold heart, and find out where her allegiance truly lies -- before she completes her project and potentially turns the tide of the Cold War."
"Legends of Tomorrow" rogue gallery is pretty slim so far and Valentina is only the first to be announced since Vandal Savage. Previous report from Yibada said three Hawkman foes are expected to join the show.
"In other news, four DC super villains are rumored to join "Legends of Tomorrow" TV series and these are Scandal Savage, Hath-Set, Shadow Thief and the Spider," Yibada wrote last month.
"Hath-Set and Shadow Thief are well known villains of both Hawkman and Hawkgirl, as Scandal Savage is the daughter of the show's main villain, Vandal Savage (Casper Crump). The Spider in the show will be a pretentious hero trying to eliminate the team as he sees them as competition making an interesting dynamic, Realty Today reported."
Also part of "Legends of Tomorrow" cast are Ciara Renee, Falk Fentschel, and Franz Drameh.
