"FIFA 16 Ultimate Team" is now available on IOS and Android devices.
Yesterday, "FIFA 16 Ultimate Team" finally went live on App Store and did not appear on Play Store until today, but plagued with compatibility issues on some Android devices after it was being released on Play Store.
Users are required to have at least 1.14GB free storage and an Android 4.4 or later OS as a download requirement and "works best" in select Android devices.

Reportedly, LG G2 owners "have noted some problems" downloading the gaming app, even though it was listed on "works best" list of smartphones. Along with the LG G2,its successor the LG G3 was also said to have faced the same compatibility issue, according to Product Reviews.
Phone Reviews added that users of Moto G LTE, LG G Flex, Nexus 4, Samsung Galaxy A5, Samsung Galaxy Avant, Lenovo K3 Note, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, HTC One M7, Sony Xperia Z4, and more experienced this compatibility issue as well.
According to Android Authority, EA's new soccer game app which "aims to bring a console-like experience to mobile devices" features 10,000 players from over 500 licensed teams wherein matches can be played in real-world arenas.
Also, players may gain access to match with "best FIFA soccer teams in quick matches and tournaments" and "recreate challenges from current live-event soccer matches with a feature called Dynamic Accomplishments."
