Rockstar has yet to announce the official PS4 release date of "GTA 6," however, there are reports claiming that details about the highly anticipated game have already been revealed.
One of the most talked about details in the upcoming car heist game is its location.
According to Tech4Gamers, Rockstars will have "GTA 6" located in the U.S.
However, according to president Leslie Benzies, they are actually eyeing on London location come its release date.
"For this one we were down in London and the idea of the three characters popped up again," Benzies told Develop of "GTA 6's" location.
"We'd actually considered it for 'San Andreas' because there were three cities, but it didn't work from a tech point of view because the three characters need three times as much memory, three types of animation, and so on."
Upon revealing the game's location, Benzies also divulged that "GTA 6" is going to stick to the three lead characters who are debuted at "GTA 5."
"We throw stuff in the pot, and the good stuff stays and the bad stuff disappears - there are a lot of gatekeepers at the studio, who ensure not much of the chaff makes it through," he explained. "Some of the good ideas, like the three characters, stick around."
In line with the release date, there have also been reports that "GTA 6" will introduce the 1970s era to the players, The Latino Post claimed.
In addition to the new timeline, the publication said that Rockstar might also consider featuring missions that will provide more money to gamers as it allows "having a job like joining the army or the police" because such missions "will give a more real feeling in the game."
GTA6GrandTheftAuto on the other hand, noted that come its PS4 release date, "GTA 6" will most likely going to see the return of the six wanted levels, which was dropped in "Grand Theft Auto 5."
"GTA 6 game engine can support destructible sceneries and the innovative idea is to think like battlefield where we can crumble some wall down or maybe explode some building with an airplane," the publication explained. "This idea seems little bit simple but it will add more realism and adventure to the game."
"Grand Theft Auto series is famous for all insane amount of violence which players had during the game play and all this excitement can be achieved through Wanted Levels only," the website added.
And while there is still no concrete statement as to when "GTA 6" PS4 release date would happen, The Fuse Joplin claimed that it will most likely be scheduled between 2018 to 2020.
