Previous "Jane The Virgin" season 2 spoilers revealed that not only will Jane get her newborn son back right away, she will also reportedly get married to someone this season.
It's not all butterflies and rainbows, however. Someone dangerous will be coming back and it looks like she'll be causing some trouble for the virgin mother.
The ultimate baddie in the first season, Sin Rostro, shocked viewers with her real identity, leaving fans wondering what exactly her next move will be in the Emmy-nominated series' sophomore year.
According to TVLine's "Jane The Virgin" season 2 spoilers, executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman revealed that Yara Martinez, who plays Luisa, will be joining the season for 12 episodes.
Her character, who was Sin Rostro's lover, will reportedly bring "such a fresh comic energy and obviously she struggles with loving a sociopath, and that's something she hasn't quite worked out yet."
This means she's still connected to her former criminal lover despite her insistence of the opposite in last season's finale. Urman also promised to divulge "a little bit about Sin Rostro's backstory" and how Rose became the mysterious crime boss.
Her interest on Jane's son, however, is still unclear but it seems that she will be meeting the new mother some episodes into the new season.
Gina Rodriguez previously revealed that Bridget Regan will be coming back for the second season.
"I think Bridget's coming back. I hope Bridget's coming back. I'm almost positive Bridget's coming back. I don't know what her contracts are like," she told Time in an interview last June. "I was definitely not told she wasn't, and I love Bridget."
Her TV alter ego, however, isn't as excited.
A selfie uploaded by the Emmy Award-winning star with the "phenomenal actress" says as much.
"Uh oh...#janethevirgin," she captioned the photo of her looking scared and Regan looking sinister in the background.
