Rachel's Parents Turned In Mike? 'Suits' Creator Teases Culprit In Season 5 Episode 10's Shocking Ending

| By

"Suits" season 5 episode 10 shocked the hell out of its audience with its ending.

The inevitable has happened. Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) has been revealed as a fraud and nothing is certain for him from there on when the show returns next year.

A lot of questions has been thrown towards the writers of the USA Network legal drama because of that ending, like who turned in Mike?

"Suits" season 5 episode 10, a.k.a. the mid-season finale, gave birth to a lot of theories about the future of Mike and other characters. However, one theory fans want to be confirmed immediately is - Who told him to the police?

"Suits" showrunner Aaron Korsh says he does not know anything yet but he is not ruling out Rachel's (Meghan Markle) parents.

Mike's girlfriend is the daughter of two well-respected people and this showed in an episode where Rachel's mom revealed she invited many important people for their wedding. They want the best for Rachel and it is possible they already discovered Mike's con activities.

"Exactly. Or Rachel's father for all we know. They could've been doing this to protect their child," Korsh told TV Guide when interviewer brought up Rachel's mom disapproval of simple wedding guest list.

In previous interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Korsh said identifying who the snitch was is not among the first things he thought of.

"The only person that didn't ask that question first was me," he told THR in an interview held after the airing of "Suits" season 5 episode 10 last month.

"In real life you might never know who did it. The bigger question is: what are we going to do about it? But after being presented that question by a hundred different people it's like, 'OK. I guess we need to explore this thing.' We're not going to find out in [episode] 511, but we will find out down the line."

He also told TV Line last month that the priest Mike talked to in the last episode could be a person of interest.

"The rules of confession are that he absolutely cannot hand Mike in, in my mind," Korsh told TV Line last month shortly after "Suits" season 5 episode 10 ended.

"That doesn't mean he didn't. But it's very interesting. It is everybody's first question: who turned Mike in?"

"Suits" season 5 episode 11, which Realty Today said is called "Blowback", is expected to air early next year.
