Is it really happening? Will Chris Pratt really join the "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1" come its release date?
News of "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover have become rampant lately, and while Marvel has yet to comment on the said rumor, one should not discount the possibility of it happening knowing how interconnected Marvel Cinematic Universe is.
In his previous interview with GQ Magazine, Chris Pratt fueled the speculations of his involvement with "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1," whe he said that he'll probably do another 2 "GOTG" and a couple of other Marvel films.
"I'm tied to doing three more, or five more, Guardians of the Galaxy or whatever it is, you know, two more Guardians plus another couple," he revealed.
While he did not specify the other Marvel films he's about to do, fans immediately speculated that one of which could be "Avengers."
However, it seemed like Jeremy Renner, who plays the role of Hakweye, is not too optimistic of this "Avengers" "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover.
In his participation at Q&A panel at the Wizard World Comic Con in Chicago, Renner weighed in on the thought of the two different worlds merging, Cinema Blend reported.
"Is that going to happen? Do you know more than I know? I think they'll probably do another Guardians movie, and we still have Avengers 3 and 4 to do," he answered when asked about the highly talked about "Guardians of the Galaxy" "Avengers" crossover.
He further explained what is the probability for that to happen.
"Look, you're going to be like eighty by the time that comes out...and I'm certainly not going to be Hawkeye. I'm going to be a dead guy," he added.
So will Chris Pratt join "Avengers: Infinity War Part 1" or not? Well not until the movie arrives, nothing is impossible right?
"Avengers: Infinity War Part 1" release date is set on May 4, 2018 while "Guardians of the Galaxy Part 2" will hit theaters on May 5, 2017.
