Following her successful portrayal of Anastasia Steele in the movie adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey," it seems like Dakota Johnson has been all over the news.
Not only because of her movie, the 25-year-old American actress has been plagued with rumors of her relationship with boyfriend Matthew Hitt and even her co-star Jamie Dornan.
Now, there are reports claiming that her ex-boyfriend, Jake Gyllenhaal is trying desperately to win her back.
While it was a short lived romance, the 34-year-old actor is reportedly smitten with Johnson that he has yet to forget about her.
According to RadarOnline Gyllanhaal and Johnson where spotted together in an exclusive night club, where Matthew Hitt was not around.
"Jake and Dakota were accompanied at their table by different people throughout the night - including the owner of the bar [that's] so inaccessible to the public that it doesn't even have a name," an eyewitness revealed. "They left the venue through separate exits, Johnson out the front and Gyllenhaal via a back door."
According to Star Magazine's insider as reported by Hollywood Life , "His crush on her never went away."
Additionally, Jake has been doing everything to win back Dakota Johnson and leave her boyfriend, Matthew Hitt.
"Jake's been chasing after Dakota lately, showering her with flowers and sweet messages in a lovesick attempt to rekindle their relationship," their source revealed.
And while Jake remained mum about the issues thrown at him, it seems like Dakota Johnson and Matthew Hitt are inseperable.
According to Daily Mail, the two were spotted strolling and being really sweet together with their dog, Zepellin.
"She recently wrapped her latest film, How To Be Single,'" the publication claimed.
"And Dakota Johnson, 25, surely relished her spare time in Sunday, as she spent the day cosying up to her beau Matthew Hitt, 28.
Adding, "The two were spotted on an intimate coffee run while taking Dakota's pup for a stroll around West Village."
In fact, Hitt even visited Dakota on the set of her movie, "How to be Single," leaving no place for Jake Gyllenhaal to be in Dakota Johnson's life.
"It seems Dakota Johnson brought her boyfriend to work on Monday," Daily Mail reported.
"The 25-year-old actress was seen holding hands with Matthew Hitt, 28, as they left the set of her new romantic comedy, 'How To Be Single,' in New York City.
"The Fifty Shades Of Grey star led her beau off the premises, perhaps taking a break from filming."
