After successfully launching "Tekken 7" in arcades, fans are now clamoring to hear news about its PS4 and Xbox One release date.

And while not much have been revealed, Kpopstarz noted that the "Tekken 7" PS4 and Xbox One release date could probably be announced during the 2015 Tokyo Game Show.

Additionally, the seventh installment of the fighting game will reported be more "darker" according to director Katsuhiro Harado.

Attack of the Fanboy agreed claiming that "Tekken 7" PS4 and Xbox One release date announcement could happen soon.

And in accordance to the release date news, Bandai Namco will reportedly bring major changes in the game as it will introduce new characters that were previously introduced in the arcade version.

Contrary to these reports, Latino Post claimed that it's unlikely for Bandai Namco to announce the release date of "Tekken 7" to PS4 and Xbox One consoles, since the team is reportedly still very busy with the arcade upgrades, including an online version.

"Harada noted that 'Tekken 7' arcade machine availability on other arcades would depend on the arcade operators as to whether they want to invest in the machines and join the local tests for 'Tekken 7,'" the article said of the talked about online version. "Harada also confirmed that the addition of online play for the arcade versions of 'Tekken 7' in America could be added if enough people demanded for it."

Silicon Era meanwhile added that director Harada has plans of introducing more and more characters to both the arcade and PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.

"By the way, currently, we have four new characters, but later on we'll continue to add them through updates, so look forward to it," Harada confirmed. "We don't plan on reducing the number of characters, so yes, we're thinking of adding more."
