Charlie Humman has proven to be one of the up and coming stars in today's generation.
Following his successful performance with the hit series, "Sons of Anarchy," Hunnam has appeared in the lead role for Guillermo del Toro's "Pacific Rim," as well.
Hunnam seemed to have eveything including a beautiful girlfriend.
However, while most believed that Hunnam and his girlfriend, Morgana McNelis share a perfect relationship, a report from Star Magazine suggest that McNelis actually keeps a dark past.
Reported by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Morgana McNelis was said to be thrown to prison for being a convicted illegal seller and distributor of marijuana.
"Charlie's girlfriend was arrested and convicted for running an illegal marijuana collective in California! In October 2009, authorities received information that Green Mile Caregivers, which was owned and operated by Morgana, was selling marijuana illegally and located near a local high-school in an upscale Woodland Hills area," the magazine alleged.
Apparently, the "Pacific Rim" star's girlfriend was "thrown in jail for two days, and then sentenced to three years of probation."
This reportedly "embarrased" Charlie Hunnam since the incident happened when they were already together, approximately two years ago.
However, such allegation has yet to be proven, thus Star Magazine's report should be taken by a huge grain of salt.
While, Hunnam chose to keep mum about the rumor, Celebrity Dirty Laundry noted that the situation actually led the relationship of the "Pacific Rim" star and his girlfriend become stronger.
"The tabloid's insiders went on to reveal that Morgana and Charlie's relationship is stronger now than ever before, and his close pals actually expect him to propose to her and ask her to marry him very soon," the publication reported.
However, according to HollywoodLife.com Morgana McNellis is reportedly not fond of Charlie Hunnam's new found fame that she's having a hard time sharing Hunnam to everyone.
"She's required to share parts of me that she wouldn't really want to share so of course with the nature of this role that's going to be times ten," the "Pacific Rim" star revealed.
