FUNimation confirmed that it will include "Dragon Ball Super" on its panel discussion at New York Comic Con.
Reportedly, it will be held on Oct. 8 in which participants of New York Comic con will see voice actors Sean Schemmel and Christopher R. Sabat, and senior manager of Social Strategy and Development at Funimation, Justin Rojas, will be hosting the event.
"The "FUNimation Presents: Dragon Ball Z (and Beyond)" panel will offer a "look at the history of the television series, its current theatrical success, and the highly anticipated follow-up series, Dragon Ball Super,"AnimeNewsNetwork added.
After "Dragon Ball Super" debut in Japan on July 5, there has been no news about its release outside its homeland.
There are rumors that FUNimation which brought the "Dragon Ball" franchise in North America might finally announce an English dub or an official English subtitle at the upcoming New York Comic Con, IB Times reported.
Meanwhile, "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 9 which was previously aired last week finally revealed Goku's transformation into a Super Saiyan God with the help of six good Saiyan Gods.
This episode will be followed by Episode 10 titled "Show me Saiyan Goku!" will show another battle between Super Saiyan God Goku and Beerus the Lord of Destruction, revealed by the trailer previews published a few days ago.
But "Dragon Ball Super" fans might be disappointed to see Beerus remains invincible despite Goku's transformation into a Super Saiyan God. It was shown in the trailer that Goku couldn't even throw his punches on Beerus.
However, the last part revealed that Goku powered up his God Kamehameha technique, "a blue-tinged powerful burst of energy wave, a rather powerful variation of Kamehameha Rebirth," IB times added.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 10 will be aired in Japan on Sept. 13, 2015.
