Just months after being rumored engaged, Pippa Middleton seems to be having a grand time without her boyfriend, Nico Jackson.
On Monday, Sept. 7, Pippa Middleton was seen in a 50-mile swim and run race in Stockholm, Sweden sans boyfriend. In Nico Jackson's place, however, is Pippa Middleton's ex beau, James Matthews.
According to US Magazine, the athletic sister of Kate Middleton went around 26 islands in Sweden, swimming and running with James Matthews, her friend Jons Bartholdson and her brother, James Middleton as teammates.
The race was filled with extrenuous challenges but Pippa and her teammates completed the whole route in 13 hours, four minutes and 24 seconds.
While racing towards the finish line, participants were not allowed to remove their shoes, even as they were swimming in the Baltic Sea, the Daily Mail reported.
She also celebrated her 32nd birthday that day, further fueling rumors that Pippa Middleton and her boyfriend, Nico Jackson are having troubles in their relationship.
According to Fashion Style, Kate Middleton's sister and her Switzerland stockbroker boyfriend of two years have been spending less and less time together and it's taking a toll on their relationship.
"Long distance has been tough on them," a source said. "It's difficult to find time for one another and Nico seems to be getting fed up with it all,"
In July, the couple has been rumored to be getting engaged, with Pippa reportedly anxious to start a family with Nico
She's dropped hints to Nico, but ultimately she's letting him pick the ring," a source close to the couple said in July.
In fact, Pippa is reportedly so excited to have a baby, that she enjoys looking at (and shopping for) baby clothes. She even bought a cute ensemble for her niece, Princess Charlotte.
"Pippa bought a little outfit for Charlotte: a Liberty print pink top with bloomers in a matching fabric and a cardigan," a baby store worker reportedly said. "She also bought a blouse with a frilly collar."
While there is yet to be a confirmation on Pippa Middleton and Nico Jackson's alleged break up, their last public appearance together was months ago, during Princess Charlotte's baptism.
