The party definitely won't be stopping when "Jane The Virgin" season 2 returns to the CW this October.
The Emmy-nominated show invited Britney Spears for a cameo this Fall, but she won't be the only popstar to grace the small screen. "Tik Tok" hitmaker Kesha will be dropping by The Marbella to join the craziness.
"Stoked!!!!! I'll be making a guest starring appearance on @CWJanetheVirgin on @CW!" she posted on Twitter last week.
The show's stars, Gina Rodriguez and Justin Baldoni, couldn't help but take a selfie with the "Party Won't Stop" singer as well.
"Hey @iiswhoiis hey...#janethevirgin Kesha you are a dream!" Rodriguez captioned a shot of the three of them on Instagram, while her onscreen baby daddy welcomed the singer on the show.
"We are so thrilled Kesha will be appearing on Jane!" Jennie Snyder Urman, the show's executive producer and writer, reportedly announced. "We are all huge fans of hers, and we are so excited to welcome her to the 'Jane the Virgin' family."
With Spears will playing herself (as Rogelio De La Vega's biggest rival), will Kesha also be portraying herself in the series?
According to Carter Matt, Kesha will play a rock and roll singer named Annabelle who will be neighbours with the new mother, Jane. She will reportedly show up in the second episode of the "Jane The Virgin" season 2.
E! News further reported that she won't be a big fan of Jane and Raphael's son Mateo.
The entertainment site believed that she "can easily nail this role," citing her acting skills in her music video "Blow" with James Van Der Beek.
Aside from Britney Spears and Kesha, Baldoni's own baby will reportedly be making her onscreen debut during the first episode of "Jane The Virgin" season 2 along with his wife, Emily.
"Spoiler alert!! We have two VERY special guest stars in the 1st episode of #season2 ;) Happy two months of life my dear sweet Maiya! #maiyagrace #keepingitinthefamily #tvdebut," the very proud father shared through Instagram along with a snap of the whole family possible getting ready for the filming.
